Registration and event websites
Registration forms support conditional logic, group bookings, automated waitlists, VIP access tiers and multiple languages, and organisers can sell tickets, manage capacity and take payments, including bank transfer and crypto. Paid plans add branded multi-page event websites, automated invoicing and payment reminders, hotel booking for attendees, attendee file uploads and pre-registration to gauge interest.
On-site and attendee tools
idloom provides QR code check-in with real-time capacity tracking and an attendee portal for badges, tickets and documents. Its product range also includes a certification module for issuing attendance certificates and continuing-education tracks, email marketing with automation, an event mobile app add-on and an API.
Plans
The pricing page offers a free Freemium plan for free events (50 attendees per event) and Unleashed at €295 a year. Plans for paid events start with Light at €150 a month billed annually and rise to Corporate at €1,150 a month. idloom says it charges no per-ticket, per-attendee or per-registrant fees, prices exclude VAT, USD pricing is available and the 15-day trial needs no credit card.
