Menti Form separates event feedback from the live presentation

Event Tech News Team · 17 October 2026
Mentimeter’s documented September addition brings branching forms and asynchronous responses alongside its live polling product.

The documented addition

Mentimeter’s current Menti Form page says the tool is included in accounts from September 2026, with its FAQ specifying 23 September and no upgrade or add-on. The product is designed for people answering in their own time, rather than participating in a presentation. This report is based on the supplier’s public documentation checked on 17 October 2026, not access to a paid account.

What is different from a live poll

The supplier distinguishes Menti Form from survey mode in Menti Live: Form supports pages, several questions on one screen, required questions and logic based on previous answers. Respondents can enter through a link or QR code without an account. The published FAQ places quiz, Q&A, Word Cloud and 100 Points in Menti Live, so buyers should not assume every live interaction transfers to the form product.

The event-team implication

A post-event questionnaire can take a different route for an exhibitor and a visitor, or ask about a session only after someone says they attended it. That can reduce irrelevant questions. Branching is not a substitute for deciding what you need to learn: give each question a decision it will inform and remove questions that will not change anything.

Check response visibility before sharing

Menti Form allows public responses to be enabled and describes responses as anonymous and aggregated. Open-text answers can still reveal personal information. Test the respondent view, explain who will see the answers and avoid asking for sensitive details in a shared discussion. ETN has not independently verified anonymity, retention or export behaviour. Ask for those details before using the tool for sensitive attendee feedback.
