Seattle-based supplier of on-site event registration, on-demand badge printing, lead retrieval and attendee-tracking technology, delivered as software or as a staffed service.
What it is for
Checking in attendees and printing badges at conferences and trade shows, capturing leads for exhibitors and sponsors, and recording which sessions, exhibitors and demos each attendee visited so the data can feed marketing systems after the event.
Documented capabilities
- vCheckin for on-site registration and on-demand badge printing, designed to work alongside any pre-event registration system; the supplier cites events of 20 to 70,000 attendees.
- Three delivery options: full service (hardware, software, set-up, training, support and tear-down), a hardware kit with remote support, or software only.
- vCapture lead retrieval with custom qualifiers and lead ranking, business-card scanning on iOS devices, and vCapture Global for companies that want one lead-capture app across the shows they exhibit at.
- EventHub, an HTML5 attendee site for session feedback, engagement activity, leaderboards and the agenda, and EventScore gamification.
- Express Registration using facial authentication, available on request.
