- An online map editor: upload an existing layout, place, number and size booths with snap-to-grid, mark booths open, reserved or sold, and keep a booth-assignment audit and snapshot history.
- Online booth sales from the Growth plan: exhibitors choose a space on the plan and check out, with invoicing, discount codes, upsells and sales reports. Map D says it adds no transaction fee; payment-gateway charges from Stripe, Authorize.Net or Square still apply.
- An exhibitor portal on the Scale plan covering booth staff, products, media, messaging and lead generation tools.
- Session and speaker management, attendee profiles and meeting booking, plus website embeds.
- An AI Floor Plan Assistant, launched in October 2026, that drafts booths, aisles and numbering from plain-English requests, suggests booth pricing and proposes changes for the organiser to review, apply or undo.

Website embeds and an API are listed on every paid plan, and the company says Map D connects with association management, CRM, payment and website tools. Check that your own systems have a working connector rather than relying on the general claim.
Pricing model and availability
Map D publishes flat per-event prices rather than charging per booth: Starter from $1,500, Growth from $2,500 and Scale from $2,750 per event when checked, with multi-year rates on request. A free account lets you build one event’s floor plan without publishing it. Matchmaking, a white-label app, ticketing and registration, and lead retrieval are quoted add-ons.
What to check before buying
Decide which plan your show actually needs, because online booth sales and the exhibitor portal sit on the higher tiers. Ask how the AI assistant’s pricing suggestions are produced and which data they use, and test it on a copy of a real floor plan before relying on it for a live sale.
