Ticketing and registration
Eventcube supports multi-event and multi-organiser operations from one dashboard, with tickets sold in more than 135 currencies. Promotional tools include group buy, upsells, discounts and payment plans, and tickets can be embedded so buyers stay on the organiser’s website. Registration flows can be customised with conditional sign-up questions, and a check-in app scans QR codes with duplicate detection. Solutions pages cover free events, live music, non-profits (tickets with donations) and memberships.
Integrations and payments
Eventcube connects to other apps through Zapier and offers an API for building custom ticketing flows. Payments run through Stripe, with money transferred to the organiser’s Stripe account after each sale; Enterprise supports bespoke gateways. Virtual events can be sold for Zoom, Teams and other platforms, and Eventcube also offers a live-stream production service.
Fees and plans
The pricing page lists a free Starter plan at 5% of the transaction total and Pro at $99 a month billed annually ($125 monthly) with a 3% rate. Free tickets are never charged, and by default a booking fee passes the fees to the buyer. For UK companies, prices and percentages exclude VAT.
